Bonus Wagering Requirements

7Account Closure & Unclaimed Funds
Members may close their mt33 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the member via their usual payment method, subject to withdrawal conditions and the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
If an account remains inactive for a specified period (no login activity or transactions), mt33 reserves the right to impose an inactive account maintenance fee or close the account in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.
